Celebrate Black History Month By Supporting These NJ Black-Owned Businesses

0

Here’s a great way to celebrate Black History Month—support Black-owned businesses in NJ. Like all local businesses, they are still making up losses from the pandemic, but many Black-owned businesses, even in flush times, lack funding advantages due to discrimination. Plus, spending your dollars equally promotes economic diversity and helps break systemic racism. To that end, we compiled a list of NJ businesses by area with recommendations from NJ MOMs— verybessie, gracesonde_ jerseygirltravels— and ShoppeBlack.us. Did we miss you or one you know of? Click on this form, and we’ll make sure to add it. (featured photo credit: @shop.emmalynlove)
