Jersey Crocs Rule! at New Jersey State Museum
Beginning March 2nd
Crocodylians have been on Earth for over 200 million years, according to the New Jersey State Museum. So why not learn a bit about them and bring the family too? Many people are amazed to see the amount of crocodile fossils that come from the Garden State. At this exhibit, you can see modern crocs on display, a six-foot skull reconstruction, and interactive displays as well.

Family Fun Concert: Jumpin’ Jamie

Family concerts are a way to sing, dance, and play with your littles! Check out Jumpin’ Jamie’s “kindie rock.” Jumpin’ Jamie has been best known as the Dinosaur Troubadour at Field Station: Dinosaurs, but with the release of his debut album, “Kookie,” the pop rocker dives head first into the kindie scene with this bold, confident, and undeniably fun collection that will keep the whole family smiling.

Cranford Public Library’s 2nd annual Picture Book Palooza

Join the Cranford Public Library for its 2nd annual Picture Book Palooza! Picture book authors and illustrators will be sharing books and crafts. This event, for children ages 4-8 and their families, will provide young readers with an opportunity to meet the creators of some truly amazing stories. All participants will receive tickets for a book raffle. Books will also be on hand for purchase and autographing.

Asbury Park St. Patrick’s Day Parade
March 10, 1PM – 4PM
Over the past 5 years, the Asbury Park St. Patrick’s Day Parade has attracted over 10,000 visitors to Asbury Park. The parade features local participation from honored veterans, local Boy & Girl Scout troops, dance school, high school marching bands, bicyclists, animal rescue groups, classic cars, regional pipe and drum groups and first responders. There will be appearances from national and international award winning mummers, clowns, roller girls, live bands on floats, Asbury Park’s beloved zombies and so much more.

Woodbridge St. Patrick’s Day Parade
March 10, 1:30PM
The Woodbridge parade is Central Jersey’s largest St. Patrick’s Day Parade features more than 80 marching units, including traditional Irish Pipe Bands and Step Dancers, Irish-themed parade floats and displays, marching bands representing all three Woodbridge Township high schools, representatives from Township fire departments, first aid and emergency response squads, and members of the Woodbridge Township education community.
