North – Skating Rinks in NJ

Bergen County’s The Rink at Winter Wonderland
It’s back—this year’s Winter Wonderland kicks off the holiday season with lots of holiday activities and open-air skating, as well as a kids’ beginner rink, so you can bring first-timers learning to glide. Skating sessions are 50 minutes long, and you must purchase tickets in advance. Off the ice, littles can ride the carousel and zoo train, and you can feast on festive treats from the food trucks.

Located on the Jersey City waterfront, this outdoor ice skating rink is open through the holiday and winter seasons. They offer private and small group skating lessons, party packages, exclusive rink rentals, and of course, old-fashioned family ice skating with their festive open skate sessions.

Ice at Pier Village
If you are looking for skating rinks in NJ but want something surrounded by festive drinks and food from surrounding restaurants, check out the new oval Pier Village rink. The rink will be open from December 2021-February 2022.

Lace up your skates to experience Palmer Square’s “eco-friendly” outdoor synthetic skating rink. Located behind the Nassau Inn Hotel is a rink of skating fun for the whole family. The rink is open from November 20, 2021-February 27, 2022. Tickets are sold at the door, no reservations are accepted.
