2. Maple Sugaring at the Great Swamp Outdoor Education Center

Prepare for the Maple Sugar Festival in March by learning all about maple sugaring at the Great Swamp Outdoor Education Center. In this educational event, participants will learn about maple by tapping the maple trees, collecting sap, and watching the maple turn to the most genuine syrup over a wood-fired evaporator. 3. Bob Marley’s Three Little Birds
