Where can I get a Perfect Beach Day NJ setup?

Daily setups are available from May 1 to September 30, 2026, in Avalon, Long Beach Island, Ocean City, Stone Harbor, Cape May, Margate, Ventnor, Brigantine, Sea Isle City, Wildwood, Longport, Strathmere, and Atlantic City, but they are willing to set up in a different location (reach out to them for more info). For parties and events, they will serve any NJ beach town (though some may charge a travel surcharge).

What are my Perfect Beach Day NJ options?

Package options include the Beach Getaway ($130) for 2 guests with a cabana, beach chairs, a large cooler, beach table, beach games and toys, or the Family Beach Day ($180) for 4 guests to enjoy a large cabana, 4 beach chairs, a large cooler, 2 beach tables, a boogie board, and assorted toys and beach games. There is also the Deluxe Beach Day ($295) for 7 guests with 2 cabanas, 7 chairs, 2 large coolers, 2 beach tables, 2 boogie boards, and 2 sets of beach toys and games. The Premier Package ($475) for 10 guests includes 3 cabanas, 10 chairs, 3 coolers with ice, 3 beach tables, 3 boogie boards, and 3 sets of beach toys and games. You can add-on extras with any package, including extra chairs, coolers, speakers, games, Polaroid stations, and more. Additional packages include custom party packages, personalized caddying (bring your equipment to and from the beach), and bellhop service if you need help moving in and out of a beach rental. They also handle all setup and cleanup and include an on-call concierge.

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner the better, and availability depends on crew and equipment capacity. If they are booked at the time, you can join their waitlist with a 10% deposit. Last-minute and same-day requests can sometimes work if you contact them in advance.

What time will my setup be ready?

You can choose your setup time at checkout. The default and popular time is 10 AM, but earlier setups are possible by request. The team is reachable by phone or text all day. They will also text you a photo of your setup with nearby landmarks once it’s all set up. Pickup is by 5 PM, and they will text to check if you’ve left early or want to extend your time; there is no extra charge if they have time that day.

Are beach badges and food provided?

Beach badges are not included, and most towns require them. In terms of food, most packages include a cooler, and you can bring your own ice and drinks. There is a white-glove service for an additional fee if you would like them to pick something up for you.

What happens if the weather is not ideal?

If your beach day is rained out or unsafe, there is a chance to reschedule, take a credit, or get up to 90% refund. However, there are no refunds for clouds or light rain. If a hurricane or major storm is approaching, bookings are automatically canceled with full refunds. They will also help you rebook when the weather clears.
