RWJBarnabas Health is once again teaming up with the New Jersey Devils to host their annual Running with the Devils 5K Run and Walk on November 2. And this year, you can choose a race at your own pace—sign up to run the 5K or the Wellness Walk on the day of the event, or participate virtually starting October 2. Choose how you want to participate
This annual event supports RWJBarnabas Health and the NJ Devils’ commitment to work towards a healthier community by promoting healthy, active lifestyles and world-class healthcare. There are two ways to participate—attend the Live 5K Run & Walk on Sunday, November 2, or go virtual. The virtual format offers the option to run or walk around a neighborhood, at a local park, or even on a treadmill from October 2 to November 2 using the RunGo App. Virtual runners and walkers are also eligible for prizes. Either way, you’ll get FREE access to Turtle Back Zoo—virtual participants can go anytime between November 3 and December 30, and live participants get free access on race day (November 2).

Ready to sign up for Running with the Devils? Here’s how
Are you ready to support a healthier community? Registration is now open for the RWJ Barnabas Running With The Devils 5K Run and Walk. Participation costs $35-$40 (children 11 and under are FREE), and once registered, virtual participants can download the RunGo App to run in their neighborhood, at a local park in their community, and even on a treadmill. Fundraising incentives are being offered for individuals and teams based on benchmarks of $100, $250, $500, $1000, and $2,500, highlighted by tickets to New Jersey Devils games, signed New Jersey Devils merchandise, and the opportunity to engage with the alums, among others. Plus, building on a successful 2024 debut with more than 60 participants, Devils Youth Hockey players will participate in a 5K skate – 40 laps around the ice – on October 3 at Essex County’s Codey Arena. Open exclusively to Devils Youth players/teams, this event offers the top fundraising team the chance to earn a team practice on the main ice at the Prudential Center.
