What’s the #HobokenWellnessCrawl?

The #HobokenWellnessCrawl is a day of strolling around Hoboken at your leisure while sampling healthy food, testing out fitness classes, enjoying pampering, entering giveaways, getting lots of freebies and more from 50+ local Hoboken businesses focused on a healthy lifestyle (something we can definitely get behind here at NJMOM!).

Here’s how the day works…

Upon check in, you’ll receive an exclusive map and entry bracelet to the #HobokenWellnessCrawl. Follow the map to stop at over 50+ local businesses (+ 2 wellness hubs) participating in the crawl – in any order you’d like. Along the way, you’ll test out treatments, get free consults, sample healthy snacks and drinks, sign up for free fitness classes, enjoy free massages (yasssss, please), acupuncture and chiropractic treatments, breast cancer screenings, eyebrow threading and many other fun wellness, health, and beauty-focused activities.
