The Wetlands Institute’s Turtle Fest will be fun filled day with for the family! You can start off your day with a fantastic pancake breakfast (please make a reservation here), followed by some arts and crafts making, and lastly you can help a naturalist search for turtle hatchlings along the trail.There will also be an egg hunt and a chance to earn turtle bucks which you can cash in for prizes! You can of course also stop by the aquarium to say hello to other friendly sea creatures while they eat their own breakfasts.

3. Mill Demonstration at Historic Walnford

Get ready to experience the rumble, clack, and whoosh of Historic Walnford’s 19th century Grist Mill. Demonstrations will through November. While you and your family are on site, don’t forget to visit the Pre-Revolutionary Waln House or an 1879 carriage house!

Come experience this popular event at Six Flags! The first 250 guests to arrive early will get a chance to participate in the PEEPS® Egg Hunt! After the hunt, kids can visit Looney Tunes Seaport or Bugs Bunny National Park for some fun rides and snacks!

5. Bunny Chase
April 15-16, 2017 from 10:00AM to 4:00PM
Celebrate the end of winter and the beginning of Terhune Orchard’s spring season! Kids will get a chance to be immersed in their treasure hunt whimsical treasure hunt as they follow clues around the farm and find their spring surprise at the end of the hunt. Kids can also create a bunny to take home as well as enjoy a Terhune Orchards bunny cookie. To top it all off, there will be wagon rides around the farm and pony rides in the barnyard. For those who come hungry, the Farm Food Tent will showcase homemade goodies. There is also a winery tasting room, so make sure you stop in for all the fun!

6. Storytime with the Easter Bunny
April 14-16, 2017 at 10:00AM & 12:30 PM, Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes
Bunny Hop on over to Turtle Back Zoo this spring! Kids will enjoy two stories, a meet & greet with the Easter Bunny himself, a remembrance take home picture with the Easter Bunny, meeting an animal, light refreshments, and general zoo admission.

The Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce invites you to a Family Fun Night & Bonfire fundraiser on the Wildwood Beach (at Rio Grande Avenue.) Attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket or beach chair to this rockin time on the beach. The Bonfire event will feature music by DJ Slice, plenty of games for the family (feature Cornhole, Ladder Ball, Checkers, Jenga & Connect Four) and of course, the beloved bonfire. For an additional fee, you can also indulge in S’mores pits and food & snack stations. All proceeds benefit the Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce Mission Statement in support of the betterment of the Wildwoods of NJ.

Your whole family will become apart of Captain Jeff and his seasoned crew as they whisk you away into the Delaware Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean. Event go-ers will get a chance to be apart of a rare Humpback sighting. This exciting adventure also features appearances from the Atlantic Bottlenose Dolphins, Sea Turtles, Sharks, Sting Rays, Crabs, Jelly Fish, and many types of birds. This journey on the seen will be fully narrated by your Captain who will point out local history along with many types of marine life as well, it can’t get any better than that!
