How it works: a simple and quick process

From the initial phone consultation to the final design delivery, the team at Brick & Batten made everything feel effortless, and it only took about a week. After being matched with a designer, I emailed several pictures of my home and several inspirational images of my home design preferences (hello, Pinterest). I was ultimately looking to modernize my house, retain the current siding (in great condition), and stay within budget, which I let my designer know in our initial call. She asked me many questions about my preferences, making sure I had realistic expectations while giving me some advice on my questions. I also loved that she quickly grasped my style preferences while being incredibly accommodating when making changes. She emailed me designs within a week, and I requested a few tweaks to the initial designs. When I received the designs with the revisions, they were exactly what I hoped for. Clearly, their team was dedicated to ensuring I was completely satisfied with every detail.

Take the guesswork out of your home renovations

One of the aspects I appreciated most was the level of detail in the final designs. Each item featured in the renderings came with a direct link to purchase it online, which was a game-changer for me. Instead of spending hours scouring the internet to track down each piece of decor or finish, I only had to click on the links they provided. I felt like I had a personal shopper guide me through the entire process, which made implementing the designs so much easier.

Match your vision and aesthetic

I implemented many of Brick & Batten’s recommendations, and seeing the designs come to life was exciting. I can confidently say that their expertise impacted the final look of my home, and having guidance throughout the process helped me from feeling overwhelmed and saved me time. My husband and I decided to make our revisions gradually and started by taking the railings off the porch, upgrading our roof and gutters to black, changing some of our landscaping, and purchasing the light fixtures and decor they recommended. The cohesive, stylish aesthetic they created perfectly matched my vision, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. It’s incredible how the right touches—like updated paint colors, light fixtures, and landscaping ideas—can transform the entire feel of a home, and we’re excited to implement some of the additional upgrades in the next year.
