Need Help Managing Your Child’s Behavior? This parent workshop was developed by the child psychologists at Children’s Specialized Hospital to help
parents of children ages 2-10 years learn how to manage their behavior. Participants should select one cycle and attend all classes in that cycle.

Programs for new moms
Breastfeeding Today at Monmouth Medical Center

Breastfeeding provides numerous health benefits to both babies and their mothers. This class introduces prospective mothers and fathers to breastfeeding by providing information through an informal discussion on the process and techniques of breastfeeding. Topics include the advantages of breastfeeding, how to prepare and get started, concerns of working mothers, and the role of the family. A Certified Lactation Consultant teaches this class. We will send you the booklet with the code to access the videos, which include topics such as milk production, hunger cues, latch, storing breast milk, and more. A 2-hour Zoom meeting with the Lactation Consultant for Q&A will take place (viewing of all videos will be required before the meeting). Registration is required: 732.923.5024.
