1. Somerset Patriots 2017 Fan Fest

Fan Fest with the Somerset Patriots kicks off spring and the upcoming baseball season! The whole family will have the chance to meet and get autographs from baseball legend Sparky Lyle along with many fantastic activities like: playing carnival games, face painting, and trotting around the bases. Also, Kids between the ages of 10-15 will be able to interview for the chance to become the Somerset Patriots Kid CEO for the 2017 season. This amazing opportunity gives your child a chance to learn all the ins and outs of running a baseball team. 2. Dino Day Family Festival

The Morris Museum is inviting the whole family to a trip back to the pre-historic times to when dinosaurs roamed New Jersey. This Jurassic event gives kids the opportunity to handle real fossils, interact with dinosaur experts, participate in a hunt for fossils in the dig pit, and make dinosaur related crafts in the galleries! That’s not all, however, your family will also have the chance to meet Claudia Lemmerz from “Touch the Music” to explore drum instruments of the orchestra. The BASF Kid’s Lab will also have something special brewing, so don’t miss out!

Kick off Cherry Blossom season and the start of Spring with the start of Essex County Cherry Blossom Festival.
