Chia seeds do more than grow fuzzy green plants — they help grow healthy kids, too. They’re a good supply of protein, sustained energy, unsaturated omega 3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and dietary fiber. Join us in this hands-on, kid-friendly class as we make this healthy and fun dessert.
This class is going to be very hands-on. We’ll start off the class by showing the kids what dry chia seeds look like, and then give each of them a bowl of chia pudding to show how they transform when you add a liquid. We’ll have toppings (cut up fruit, etc.) set up around the table for the kids to choose from so they can make their own chia dessert.
