Hoboken Police Museum
Located on the second floor of the Police Department Headquarters, the Hoboken Police Museum is free and open to the public. With artifacts from the 1855 seven man police force, the Museum tells the story of the origin of the Hoboken Police Department.

Hoboken Historical Museum
From exhibits to events and educational programs, the Hoboken Historical Museum has something for everyone! Visitors of all ages can enjoy a self-guided walking tour of the beautiful city of Hoboken sponsored by the Museum. There is a Kids Tour map, Frank Sinatra Tour map and a historical look at Hoboken including City Hall, the Free Public Library and many more! Parents with youngsters can also register to attend Storytime at the Museum, every Thursday for 45 minutes!

Liberty Science Center
Boasting the largest IMAX Dome theater in the United States, the Liberty Science Center is a must-see attraction in New Jersey! With 20 current exhibits and experiences, 17 permanent and 3 traveling exhibitions, the whole family will enjoy a day at the Center. Focused on science, the 300,000 square foot learning center features the Bodies Revealed exhibit, Eat and Be Eaten live animal experience, Nikola Tesla Lightning Show and the BASF Kids’ Lab!

Hoboken Fire Museum
As a part of the history of Hoboken, the Fire Museum is something the kids will enjoy! Each child has the opportunity to climb up into a fire truck, from about 1923, and pose for a photo! Not only is there a photo opportunity, they can even ring the bell! There are also photographs dating back from the beginning of the formation of the Fire Department and memorabilia to enjoy.
Open weekends from noon – 5 p.m.
Admission is $3 per adult, children under 12 are free

The Museum of Russian Art
Open since 1980, the Museum of Russian Art (MORA) has been bringing Russian art to American audience! The Museum not only has exhibits featuring Russian artists such as Erik Bulatov, Alexander Kharitonov, Dmitry Krasnopevtsev and Evgeny Kropivnitsky, it also includes collections and events.

Mana Contemporary
Established in 2011, Mana Contemporary is the perfect place for families who love art and culture to spend an afternoon! As a cultural center, Mana includes art studios and exhibition spaces and is the home to the Middle East Center for the Arts, the archives of the International Center of Photography, the Magnum Foundation and the dance companies of Karole Armitage and Shen Wei.
