Holland Ridge Farms U-Pick Tulips: Winter Wonderland
Get glowing with tulips
When the sun goes down, the twinkling lights come up with a 200-year-old farmhouse glowing in the distance, lights wrapped around the trees, and a fantastic giant rainbow tunnel. But the biggest wow is the over 50,000 glowing tulips, with animated lights that look like they’re blooming, the giant lantern-style tulips, spinning peppermints, rainbow seesaws, and tractors that light up. And, of course, littles will get excited to see the giant Christmas tree, a princess carriage and horses, and Santa’s sleigh and his reindeer on display.
Dive into an igloo and meet festive friends
Along with the lights, there are activities among the walk-through displays for the whole family to enjoy. Step inside a glowing 20ft inflatable igloo filled with over 75,000 “snowball” ballpit balls—it’s a snowball fight that won’t leave you cold. And kids will want to take a spin on the illuminated playground with seesaws, spinning seats, and slides that glow. While you walk around and check out all the beautiful lights and displays, keep a lookout for Mr. Grinch, Olaf, Elsa, and Anna as they roam through the farm. Select Fridays and Saturdays from 5 PM-7 PM, these loveable characters will be out in the fields interacting with guests and posing for memorable holiday photos with every member of the family. The dates you can find them at the event include December 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, and 20. Kids can also take a festive ride around on one of the horses or ponies, then meet the friendly farm animals in the petting zoo every weekend.
Be dazzled by light-up displays and a tulip disco
Get ready to take unique holiday photos at Holland Ridge Farms in beautiful, Instagram-ready displays like the Ornament Arch and the Mistletoe Igloo. Take a selfie by the Candy Cane Silo or take a ride and a photo on the Deft Blue Swing, all lit up for the holidays. While you explore and take pictures, you won’t want to miss the Tulip Disco, a colorful disco with a glowing floor and dangling tulips overhead. And you can’t miss the illuminated windmill, which glows for miles. Watch the windmill come alive with dazzling RGB pixel lights, a towering 50-ft pixel tree, and 5,000 glowing tulip lights, all dancing in sync to your favorite holiday music every 30 minutes. And get ready to light up those nights when on December 18th, 19th, and 20th, there will be a 200-drone light show and music show at 6 PM and 8 PM. Watch the sky come alive with a 10-minute show set to your favorite festive tunes.
