Kids love jumping around, so going to one of the indoor trampoline parks in NJ is a win-win situation when the weather cools. The whole family can bounce off of almost everything, and beyond the usual jumps, there are trampoline activities too—like basketball courts to shoot hoops, dodgeball courts for a bit of family competition, and specialty zones where smaller kids can jump without trepidation. Read on to find one of the trampoline parks in New Jersey your squad can bounce into when the temps start to drop. (featured photo credit: Istock/Mariakray)

Grab your kiddos and jump at one of these trampoline parks in NJ:

Rockin’ Jump
Kids can jump around the Open Jump Arena, and aspiring athletes can dunk basketballs in the Slam Dunk Zone. For littles, check out Rockin’ Tots hours, and if your fam wants to jam out to some music while they jump, make sure you don’t miss Rockin’ Fridays.
77 Willowbrook Blvd., Wayne, NJ 07470
(973) 302-3340

Xtreme Energy Active Play
Head to the Trampoline Trax, where kids can jump to their hearts’ content. Here, they can also put on a velcro suit, launch themselves onto the velcro-lined walls, grab a pair of sumo balls and jump and bounce into one another.
250 South Van Brunt St., Englewood, NJ 07631

Altitude Trampoline Park
Block out your afternoon—this park has almost 30 attractions. Everyone can bounce off the trampoline walls and jump higher than they thought possible on the Super Trampoline. And your video-game-obsessed kids can become superheroes in Valo Jump (a trampoline video game). Check out their programs, including Sensory Play Day, Junior Jumpers Jam, and Glo In The Park.
465 Green St., Woodbridge, NJ 07095

Club Air
Start your fam off in the central court, where they can jump from box to box. Then go to the basketball hoops to dunk some shots, or get your whole fam together for trampoline dodgeball—and don’t forget to check out the other attractions. Stop by on Tuesdays for Toddler Time with your littles, and swing by on Mondays for Sensory Friendly Jumps if you have a child with special needs. And for a fun date night idea, they have Adult Night.

Launch Trampoline Park
Watch as your kids defy gravity on the trampoline courts (or at least bounce off the walls). To take it up a notch, they can combine trampoline tricks with b-ball on the basketball courts or head over to the Tumble Traks to practice their somersaults (and you can get some videos for the ‘gram). The park also has an indoor playground area—where your littles can “climb, swing, slide and explore”—and several other attractions.
