1. Burlington County Farm Fair
July 17th – 21st, 2018 from 4pm to 11pm daily.
Get ready for the 2018 BURLINGTON COUNTY FARM FAIR — “The Family Fun Fair” — located on the beautiful Burlington County Fairgrounds in Springfield Twp, NJ. The Burlington County Farm Fair, Inc. is a non-profit organization with a mission is to promote agriculture, social life, and youth as well as educate the general public by conducting a yearly agricultural fair with exhibits, livestock, and farm products. Located on the beautiful Burlington County Fairgrounds in Springfield Township, NJ, the fair offers a variety of activities to the tens of thousands of visitors that attend each year.

2. Seaside Height’s Movies on the Beach- Storks
Sunday, July 22nd, 2018 at 8pm
Enjoy a family-friendly movie on the beach at Cartaret Avenue Beach in Seaside Heights. This Sunday’s movie is Storks. Bring along your favorite blanket, lawn chairs and snacks, and be sure to arrive early to get a good seat.

3. Jenkinson’s Movies on the Beach – Cars 3
Friday, July 20th, 2018 at Dusk
What’s better than a movie at the beach? Can’t really think of anything! Jenkinson’s is hosting Free Movies on the Beach every Friday night at dark this summer for you and the family with movies starting at dark. Bring a blanket, kick back, and enjoy the show with your little ones. This Friday’s movie is Cars 3. *Weather permitting.

4. The Art of Dr. Seuss Collection – 20th Anniversary Celebration
July 20th – 22nd, 2018 from 10am to 10pm

This month, Ocean Galleries will share a rare and compelling selection of artwork from 20 years of The Art of Dr. Seuss Collection. Visitors can explore and acquire works from Dr. Seuss’s best-known children’s books, as well as The Secret Art of Dr. Seuss, a mind-expanding collection based on decades of artwork that Dr. Seuss created at night for his own personal pleasure. Perhaps the wackiest and most wonderful elements of the collection are Dr. Seuss’s three-dimensional “Unorthodox Taxidermy” sculptures with names like The Carbonic Walrus, The Two-Horned Drouberhannis, and the Goo-Goo-Eyed Tasmanian Wolghast, to name a few.

5. Seabrook Buddhist Temple 73rd Annual Obon Festival
Saturday, July 21st, 2018 from 4pm to 9pm

The Obon Festival is an outdoor cultural celebration open to anyone who wishes to attend. Traditional Japanese foods and goods will be available for purchase (with other food vendors as well). Minyo dancers, taiko drumming groups, luminaries available for purchase in the meditation garden and intro to Buddhism talks in the hondo are all part of this rare cultural experience. Bring a lawn chair or blanket for your comfort, and feel free to join in the dancing! Parking and admission are always free.

6. Nacho Nuthas Taco Festival
Saturday, July 21st, 2018 from 1pm to 6pm

Nacho Muthas Festival is a fun foodie event celebrating tacos and more for the entire family. An array of local vendors will be serving two taco options — one traditional and one unique chef creation —  and all tacos will be priced at no more than $5 a piece. A #GUACTUB photo station will include an entire bathtub filled with the well- known avocado dip — perfect for fun photos and sharing on the ‘gram. Enter the raffle and guess how many avocados it took to fill the tub. There’s plenty of fun for the kids with balloon animals, pinatas, prizes and more.

7. Summer in the Street in Toms River

Open your eyes to a great afternoon of activities, music, and more. Your young ones can enjoy jumping up and down on the inflatables, getting their faces painted, making sand art, and watching cool street performances – all on the same day at this event. Enjoy all the vendors who will be serving great food and selling handcrafted goods.

9. Ducky Derby
Saturday, July 21, 2018 from 11am to 4pm
Allaire Village’s biggest fundraiser of the year! Enjoy a day of amazing kids activities at the 12th Ducky Derby. Summer parking rules are in effect ($5 per car). Ducky races are $1.00 donation per race. First race begins at 11:30AM. Don’t miss out on a day of family fun at one of our favorite kid-friendly spots in NJ.

10. Christmas in July at Waterloo Village
Saturday, July 21st, 2018 from 11am to 5pm
Take a stroll down a intact 19th Century canal village visiting vendors along the way. There will be demonstrations from a potter, tile maker, blacksmith, seamstress, spinner, and lace maker. Visit a civil war encampment, kayak on the canal, and visit Santa at the mule barn where there will also be food trucks and crafts. Visit Byram’s Girl Scout booth and help create Christmas cards and a quilt for a wounded soldier. Some buildings will be open with special Victorian Christmas display. Rain or Shine, so be sure to have your ponchos ready just in case!

11. Food Truck Festival at The Hermitage
Saturday, July 21st, 2018 from 11am to 6pm
The 3rd Annual Food Truck Festival will take place on the grounds of the Hermitage Museum on Saturday, July 21st from 11:00am to 6:00pm. With over 14 different food trucks, you can explore a variety of different cuisines or keep it simple. It’s your choice! Craft beer, live bands and fun activities for the kids will also be part of the day’s offerings. Bring a blanket or a chair and picnic the day away on our beautiful property while listening to live performances by local bands. Proceeds from this event support the Hermitage Museum.

12. Laurita’s Red, White & Blue and Bacon Too Food Truck Festival!
July 21st & 22nd, 2018 at 11am (Saturday ends at 9pm, Sunday at 8pm)

Food trucks, fireworks…and bacon! This event features free kids playgrounds, access to some of the best gourmet food trucks, and a fireworks show on Saturday night.

Do you love celebrating Italian culture and food? This festival is offering more than 60 vendors from around the New York area who will be serving up the best Italian dishes in the region. This festival offers more than just phenomenal eats – look out for traditional and modern Italian arts and craft goods. Nightly entertainment, music, dance, Cafe Under the Stars, beer garden, raffles and 50/50’s, and children’s rides and games can keep the whole family entertained.

14. Pier Village Family Fun Night
Sunday, July 22nd, 2018 at 5:00PM
Enjoy a day of fun for the whole family at the Pier Village arcade, Boardwalk Fun N’ Games, with amazing crane games and skee ball. Visit Festival Plaza for bounce houses, slides, inflatable obstacle courses and lots more. Parking can get hectic, so be sure to arrive early. If you’ve never been to Pier Village, it’s right on the ocean, so perhaps a day at the beach followed by family fun night is in the cards for your Sunday Funday!
