6) Odyssey of the Mind

Odyssey of the Mind is an educational program that provides creative problem-solving opportunities for students from kindergarten through college. Teams solve problems that range from building mechanical devices to creating their own interpretations of literary classic and then compete on the local, state and world level. 9) Fan Fest

The Somerset Patriots are kicking off their 2015 season with a Fan Fest this Saturday. This free event includes carnival games, activities, clowns, face painters and more. Kids will love running the bases at 2:30pm and meeting Sparkee and Slider. Dad will love getting autographs from baseball legend Sparky Lyle, as well as many Patriots players throughout the event.
