The root of a family tradition makes Space Farms Zoo & Museum a special experience for all families.

Space Farms Zoo & Museum has a unique story to match its one of a kind atmosphere. Started by Ralph and Elizabeth Space in 1927 as a place to conserve animals and wildlife, Space Farms Zoo & Museum has turned into NJ’s largest combined zoo and museum. Today third and fourth generations of the Space family oversee the work and ensure a safe and fun environment for everyone.
