Boats of all different shapes and models will be gracing the Atlantic City Convention Center grounds this Friday and Saturday in the 2016 Atlantic City Boat Show. While parents get to catch a glimpse of the magnificent boats set to be featured at this convention, kids will be able to join in on some interactive, boat activities: Balloon art, kids boating, and much more.

4. Winter Eagle Festival

Once considered one of the most endangered birds, the Eagle has come back from the brink of extinction as it’s population is on the rise. At the Winter Eagle Festival, families will witness this beautiful creature that was nearly extinct. The event will have presentations such as the Cape May raptor banding project, naturalist speakers and authors, bird experts, and trail walks through different locations.

7. Frozen in Ice

The groundhog predicted an early spring this year, so experience the beauty of ice while you can at the Frozen in Ice event at Skylands Stadium. Over 100 tons of ice will fill the stadium, sculpted by ice artists from all around New Jersey including a 50 foot ice slide, ice thrones, and an ice carriage. See the wonders of winter before it all melts away.

8. Chocolate Festival

You can’t go wrong with chocolate this February, that is why the Morris Museum is holding a chocolate filled extravaganza that will include live music, chocolate crafts and activities, and even a professional chocolatier who will be there to answer all of your questions. There will be chocolate bingo, hot chocolate, and a craft that consists of creating your own candy bar wrapper.

9. Game Raver

Calling all comic book and gaming lovers out there, the Middletown Arts Center is holding a game raver where children are encouraged to dress up as their favorite character. Included in the event will be dancing, music, and video gaming on a jumbo screen. With the price of admission, children will receive a slice of pizza and a beverage.

10. Stir Fry at Williams-Sonoma
