Work It Out Women
Based in Hoboken, Work It Out Women is streaming workouts on Instagram Live that you can do from your own living room. Each workout is inspired by their classes at their studio and focuses on specific parts of the body. These workouts include modifications if your pregnant or postpartum (and cleared for exercise), minimal to no equipment (although equipment isn’t necessary). They also make special public Spotify music playlists so you can sync your tunes with the video.
