Your family is invited to the famous Sussex County Fairground to partake in the New Jersey State Fair. 2. Manasquan Fireman’s Fair

Manasquan Volunteer Engine Company #2 will be hosting their annual fair this week. There will be a kickoff parade Tuesday, August 1st at 6:00PM, starting on Main Street and marching towards Mallard Park. There will also be live music every night, a food tent courtesy of Reef & Barell, and a beer garden by Leggett’s Sand Bar.

3. Jersey Shore Film Festival

There is no better way to celebrate the Summer than spectating wonderful films on the beach. The festivities will kick off at Asbury Park with a Gala Party at the Axel Rod Center, to bring in opening night. There will be five movies on display throughout the day, including “The Good in People” from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, which is a joyous film that will definitely warm your heart and remind you of the good in people. Also, there will be a Family Block Saturday morning from 11:30am to 1:30pm featuring family friendly films including animated movies. Lastly, there will be three movies showing Sunday, including “The Tree Reflections” from 1:30pm to 3:30pm, which is explains how life is a journey lived through moments and how one single moment can change things forever. 4. 6th Annual Craft Beer & Crab Festival

Emlen Physick Estate’s 6th annual Craft Beer & Crab festival is back, and much anticipated. The Just Jersey Fest is rolling into the Borough of Rockaway. This fun filled family day offers over 25 gourmet food trucks and incredible bands that will pair well with the fine eats.
