While a lot of things have changed, one thing that’s still relatively normal is eating. With lots of extra time, limited grocery store runs, and nowhere to dine out, we’re focusing what we’re cooking up more than ever. From creative dishes to guilt-free treats to the occasional take out, here’s what— and how — the #NJMOM squad has been eating (and of course, drinking) during the quarantine.

While I love cooking at home, I definitely miss the occasional special night out for dinner with my hubby. One of our favorite spots is @misinewyork. I’ve been meaning to make @missyarobbins 30 Clove Sauce for a while now and I’m so happy I did. It had me reminiscing of a fun date night @julianpetrella and I had eating at the bar—which I think is the best place because you are just feet away from the chefs and all the pasta flipping action 🤗👌 You need this sauce in your life. The 🧄 slow cooked in EVOO, some crushed, some whole—the fragrant fennel seeds—the saucy plum 🍅… Find the recipe in her cookbook. Trust me. You’ll thank me later! • • • • • • #keepitsimple #choosepasta #freegluten #pastapatrol #everydayisagoodday #pasta @delallofoods #delalloeats #momchef #njmom #kidapproved #feedfeed #feedfeedvegan #mywilliamssonoma #allclad
