Did I forget to brush my teeth? Is my hair looking greasy? Come on dude I can’t look perfect every second of the day!” The guesses on why he is giving you weird looks don’t stop. And then it hits you. Oh my god I am the worst wife of all time I forgot it’s Father’s Day. Have no fear mommy, we are here to help. Can’t think of any fun things to do with dad this Father’s day? Check out these last minute Father’s Day ideas that don’t require a lot of planning try these simpler activities!

Go Fishing

Whether you have sons or daughters, this activity is perfect because it is what dad has always wanted to do. You don’t have to worry about fishing poles or a tackle box because of course your husband has that stored away in the garage somewhere just waiting to be used. He will be delighted at the idea that you and the kids want to go fishing with him. You might have to dig some worms up in the back yard, but just grin and bear it because it’s all about dad today.

Go to a NJ BEACH

Everyone loves a great day at the beach and there are so many in NJ you’re bound to find one that’s perfect for you and your family. Bring along the fixings for a picnic and let dad choose some games to bring along as well. Sometimes big, grand plans can be overwhelming; a relaxing Father’s Day on the beach is just what dad needs.

Go on a hike

Get your sneakers on and get moving with the family. A hike is one of the perfect things to do with dad this year. Bonding with one another as well as the nature around you will definitely be a good Father’s Day activity. Let dad choose the trail you hike on and have some fun while you’re doing it. You’re in no rush so take your time and enjoy the nice weather.
