Learn about the Irish culture at Central Jersey’s Irish Festival this weekend. There will be family-friendly friends scattered through the event, a variety of fare and drinks, and live Irish themed music.

2. Oasis Pirate Adventures

Discover hidden treasure this weekend at the Oasis Pirate Adventures event. Oasis Family Farm is hosting an extravagant event where participants will receive free entry into Oasis Family Farm’s FunZone, a treasure chest of goodies, a pirate eye patch, pirate themed temporary tattoos, and much more.

3. Turtle Dance Music Kidz Cabaret

Dance to the music and join in by playing with the instruments. During this interactive music and movement concert, kids will be introduced to the beauty of Rock & Roll while being instructed to play along with the Turtle Dance Music.

4. 6th Annual Toms River Food Fest
May 14th, 2016 | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Vendors, live entertainment, free rides and amusement for the kids, and a wine garden for the adults. You won’t want to skip out on the 6th Annual Toms River Food Fest, sponsored by the Toms River Fire Company 1. This event will have a variety of foods and vendors to cater to everyone in the family.

5. Buffalo Watch Fundraiser

6. Meadowlands Battle for the Best Burger
May 14th, 2016 | 6:00 PM
At Meadowlands Battle for the Best Burger, guests are invited to sample the many burgers that will eb entered in the contest. Families will have a chance to help decide which burger is the best by winning a spot at the judging table. If up for the challenge, families can also enter to participate in the burger contest for an entry fee of $100.

7. Ocean City Spring Block Party

8. Atlantic City Boardwalk Con
May 13th – 15th, 2016 | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Geek meets pop culture at Atlantic City’s convention for lovers of television and film. Celebrity guests, artists, vendors, and writers will be in attendance for fans to meet and greet. There will even be a Kidz Zone that has events such as a costume contest and a Justice League bouncy house.

9. New Jersey State History Fair

10. Pirate and Fairy Festival
