Relationship Expert, Hypnotherapist and Coach: Rachel DeAlto
Rachel DeAlto is an NJ Mompreneur, and Relationship Expert, Hypnotherapist and Coach based out of Point Pleasant, New Jersey. NJ Mom had the wonderful opportunity to ask Rachel a few questions about her business and herself; here’s what she had to share.
NJMOM: What do you offer to your clients and how is it different than other professionals in your field?

NJMOM: What is Hypnotherapy?
NJMOM: What inspired you to come up with the idea for your business?
Rachel: It all started when I was a lawyer and had an idea for a product. My partner and I created FlipMe.com, which is a way for women to flirt without giving out their personal information. Media from FlipMe led to people asking me to coach – a concept that was foreign to me! I was a lawyer, running a company. But I fell in love with working with individuals, and began coaching after completing my certification. Hypnosis has taken everything to the next level – from a businesswoman to a healer (with a business brain).
NJMOM: What is your favorite part about your business?
Seeing someone find happiness – within and with others – is the greatest joy I have ever experienced.
NJMOM: What is your background in your business expertise?
NJMOM: Who is your role model?
NJMOM: What’s the best piece of advice your mom ever gave to you?
You can do anything.
NJMOM: Do you have a favorite quote you live by?
“What is for you will not pass you by”
NJMOM: What are your favorite things to do in New Jersey with your family?
NJMOM: What is the best part about being a mom for you?
Seeing their joy.
NJMOM: What are your favorite businesses in New Jersey?
NJMOM: Where do you reside in New Jersey?

I don’t like to spoil the good life of people. But one irony of your certifications is that you help couples yet yourselves are not in a committed relationship with a partner. So, this abnormality of “”teaching”” others how to possibly work a marriage when the teacher is in himself or herself a bail out for working at their own relationships. This, in my opinion, is why this society is becoming less and less genuine when giving meaning to things and framing these things in a real and safe scenario. I won’t be surprised if all these marriages fail in the long run. If their “masters” or counselors are fools then it can be reasonably assesed that the outcome is likely a failure.
How can Rachel advise others in a relationship ? I am assuming she is not married. So how can she advise?
There are reasons why one is no longer married or in a relationship, which could very easily be out of her control! Her husband could have cheated on her (which if that was the case he’s a fool because she’s Drop-Dead Gorgeous!) or he could have simply died by accident or from natural causes of which we don’t know, so therefore YOU shouldn’t judge Rachel!! Geez give her a break already!!
I agree with Joseph Sanchez. There are a number of reasons that result in a demise of a marriage. There are also things an individual goes through that teaches them what to do and not to do in a relationship. A person that can teach others by sharing their mistakes and years of research and study on the subject can easily make them an expert. What about Priest that give marriage counseling? Do you think they are not a good resource because they have not been married themselves? What about individuals that provide drug counseling? They may have done extensive studying and research on the topic which may include monitoring the behaviors of individuals that have been addicted to drugs and/or alcohol. Doing so can provide a researcher with in-depth knowledge on the subject and people who have experienced the lifestyle.
