Toms River Halloween Parade

The 86th year of this parade, started by the Toms River Fire Department in 1919, is one of the largest and longest-running Halloween parades in the U.S. Dress warm, line up to see the fantastic costumes that parade down the street, and take in all the Halloween celebrations.
