Oktoberfests You Need To Know About This Fall

Grab your pretzels, beer, lederhosen, dirndls and little ones to raise your mug at a bunch of German festivities this month! While the real Oktoberfest is celebrated from September 22nd to October 7th in Munich, Germany, New Jersey’s celebrations are going strong throughout October. Your whole family can show off your best chicken dance, sample sausages and sip a lager in the biergarten (ok, that one is for mom & dad, only!). A few not to be missed: Morey’s Piers in Wildwood where everyone can have a rousing good time among the boardwalk rides, Zeppelin Hall in Jersey City with live music that actually feels like you’ve been transported to Germany and at the gorgeous Laurita Winery in New Egypt, where you can say prost (cheers!) while relaxing by the firepit.
