Spring Glow: Bake, Breathe & Bloom
A Parent and Me Wellness Experience
Join Blue’s Baking Bash and Evoq Wellness for a beautiful morning of movement, mindfulness, and memory-making at Son Cubano.
This special Parent & Me experience is designed to nourish both body and heart.
While parents enjoy an energizing Pilates session led by Narek of Evoq Wellness, children will participate in a hands-on no-bake workshop with Blue’s Baking Bash, where they’ll create their own healthy, no-bake granola bars.
At the end of class, children will join their parent for a calming breathwork session and guided gratitude moment — creating a meaningful connection to close out the experience together.
