Inner Strength Hour: Mindful Self-Care (Virtual)

Breathe. Create. Recharge your inner power. A weekly hour of playful, mindful self-care for calm, clarity, and confidence.
Inner Strength Hour is an intentional, and restorative weekly session designed to help you recharge, process emotions, and connect with yourself. Each session is led by Victoria Nikitina Chala, a certified art-based life coach and experienced creative wellness practioner.

– Cultivate self-awareness, confidence and trust
– Practice healthy self-care habits and build resilience
Each week features a slightly different theme, such as courage, boundaries, joy, or resilience. Sessions begin with Breath to slow down and center yourself, followed by a internal Reflection of Personal Needs and emotions.
Next, we move into a Mindful Art Practice to explore the theme of the week. We conclude with a short journaling or sharing session, and come back to a few deep Breaths, sending you back to your day with a well-tuned body and mind.
