Winston Preparatory School
When a school understands your child, challenges become opportunities– and learning comes to life. Education for the individual is at the heart of the Winston Preparatory School model. Your child’s program is designed based on our understanding of their individual learning profile, allowing for precisely designed instruction tailored to their strengths and needs. Through daily 1:1 instruction, small group class sizes, and ongoing assessments made by our educators, each student’s education evolves as they develop. This individualization, combined with social-emotional learning and essential skill development, leads to clear improvements in academic achievement, resilience, and connections with others. Winston Prep also emphasizes student life and experiential learning opportunities, offering a range of extracurricular activities such as athletics, visual and performing arts, and community service projects. Our New Jersey campus, located in Morris County, accepts students on a rolling basis, so your child can start thriving without delay. Join us at an upcoming Open House by visiting winstonprep.edu/open-houses, or contact our Director of Admissions, Meredith Fisher, at mfisher@winstonprep.edu.

The Center School
The Center School is a private, non-profit, approved school for students with learning disabilities. Our students range from grades 1-12, and we also offer a transition program for high school graduates up to age 21. Most students are on the autism spectrum and are classified with multiple disabilities. In addition to the academic-based program, our students receive all the related services that support students with IEPs to be successful, including physical and occupational therapy, counseling, behaviorists, reading specialists, speech/language therapists, and a psychologist. Along with a robust academic curriculum that mirrors that of mainstream schools, students have access to electives such as music, woodshop, computers, and physical education, as well as after-school clubs and athletic teams, including soccer and basketball. The Center School also offers an e-sports gaming program for students to compete against other schools. Our goal is to help students work through their challenges and prepare them to go back to their original school district. We ensure our students receive the NJ common core state curriculum and the same access to activities, but with the accommodations, services, and supports they need by tailoring each student’s program to their specific IEP needs.
