About Katie Tierney
Katie Tierney is a lifelong NJ resident who lives in Cranford with her husband and three daughters. Katie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Yoga Instructor who is co-owner of HOME power yoga located in Cranford. She strongly believes in the power of yoga to promote mental well-being.
In addition to teaching power yoga and leading power yoga teacher training, Katie teaches Holistic Prenatal/Postnatal/Baby and Me Yoga and Mindful Childbirth classes. She is passionate about empowering women during their pregnancy journey and into motherhood. Katie is also certified in Trauma-Informed Yoga and Yin Yoga and believes that we can make a greater impact in our world by reaching inward through yoga.
