These two are nineteen months apart. Most of the first 6 months with 2 children is a blur. I remember Zak leaving for his first day back to work. It was still dark out. Bubble Guppies played on the tv in our bedroom. Kyla, 1 year old, lay snuggled next to me in her diaper and pajama top ( who had time to get her pants back on after a diaper change!) with her favorite paci, the giraffe wubanubb ( is that what it’s called?? lol) Avery curled up, as tiny newborns do, nursing. . In that moment my heart was so full of love it could burst. But also in that moment, I realized these two TINY little babies relied on me. They needed me for everything. Their needs would come before anything else. I was their mother. Their protector. BUT— I thought meant at all costs even my own well-being. I wish then, I knew what I know now. I spent so many years ignoring my needs, and letting the anxiety take over. . For me, I’m a better person when take care of me. It’s a fact. I’ve learned that through taking care of myself physically, mentally and being part of community, I can show up as a better person for the people I love the most. Just ask them—- I’m WAY nice after I workout! So if this sounds like something you are needing, message me so we can get started on Monday, 11/4

Can’t forget about the bump 😻

🐱❤️ You’ve got to be kitten me, I’m only #27weekspregnant ! 🐱 I’ve had two different people ask me if I’m having twins, I just say “umm, NO I’m just big” 🤦🏻‍♀️…I’m only 5 feet tall and all my last three kids have weighed 7 and 8 pounds, so I carry big babies for my size 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m pretty blunt so I don’t have clever responses for peoples comments 🙈…. Anyways wishing you a happy Thursday! . . Did you mind comments about how big or small your bump was? What was your response to them? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #pregnantbelly #pregnantandperfect #pregnantstyle #pregnantfashion #pregnantlife #pregnancydiary #thebump #bumpstyle #bumpupdate #momdiaries #motherhoodunplugged #honestmommin #pregnancylife #motherhoodstyle #stylethebump #pregnancyzone #inspirepregnancy #lovethebump #momdotme #njmom #babycenterbabies #buzzfeedparents #wteparents #bumpselfie #halloweenbump #mymotherhood #momtogs
