Kale vibes🌿 I have been cooking the entire bunch of kale lately. See my tips below🙋🏻‍♀️⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Sautéed Kale — 3-4 servings⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 1 bunch of kale, stems removed, washed and dried*⁣⁣ 2-3 teaspoons of oil, like @chosenfoods ⁣⁣ 1/8 teaspoon sea salt, like @jacobsensaltco ⁣⁣ 5-7 cranks of fresh ground ⁣⁣ pepper ⁣⁣ 1-2 tablespoons filtered water, optional ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Instructions:⁣⁣ 1. In a large pot add the oil and kale.*⁣⁣ 2. Cook on medium high heat 5-8 minutes or until wilted, stirring often. If you notice that the kale is burning (I personally like a bit of char) or the pan is very dry. ⁣⁣ 3. Add the 1-2 tablespoons of water and cook until all the water is gone 2-3 more minutes✌️⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Chef Carla’s Notes:⁣⁣ 1. Invest in a salad spinner and dry you greens throughly. They last longer in the fridge. ⁣⁣ 2. I use a 5 quart cast iron enamel pot for this. The challenge is REAL🥬⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ 3. Drink a herbal tea at the end of the night instead of snacking🍪⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ 4.
