Some of our favorite #NJMOM adventures from this past week included decking the halls, taking lots of super cute pics, and trying to give your baby sister a big kiss. Check out all the laughs and good times you spent together with your kids this last fun-filled week of November.

Psst! We love sharing your adventures around New Jersey. Be sure to tag your photos with #NJMOM and @njmom for a chance to be featured in our round-up next week.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! . . We spent the afternoon outside preparing the house for the first day of December! We love to decorate our leafless tree with bright Christmas ornaments and colorful lights. Alice just loved hanging them on the tree. We are officially ready for December! . . . . . . #christmaskids #christmasdecorating #christmasactivities #clickinmoms #pixelkids #magicofchildhood #momblog #momblogger #njmom #sjmom #sjmomsrunthistown #kidsofinstagram #winterkid #catandjack #beautifullybeingmom #bestofmom #uniteinmotherhood #motherhoodthroughig #childofig #toddler #letthembelittle #candidchildhood #motherhoodthroughinstagram #lifewellcaptured #documentyourdays #cameramama #mytinymoments #adventuresofchildren #childhoodunplugged #kidsforreal #magicofchildhood

I’ve been a bit absent from social media recently, mostly because life has been hectic with sickness and the holidays. But also because something big is happening (or starting to happen) with our family. My husband and I are finally starting to try for our second child. Sometime over the past two weeks I got my IUD removed and the prospect of pregnancy became more of a reality; which unexpectedly threw my anxiety into overdrive. I left my gynecologists office and immediately had a panic attack. The past two weeks left me with more emotions than I thought, and we ultimately had to question if this was the right choice to make. Pregnancy and postpartum is usually talked about in an positive way, but my experience with A has left a negative tone on it. Having my two biggest support systems say, “How can I help you do this?” was the ultimate game changer. As a mother who has experienced a PMAD and still struggles with depression, I need a bit more than someone telling me I can do this. I need people who HELP me do it. I need real & honest support. All Mothers deserve that. It’s why I started Mom to Mom and why I continue to advocate for maternal mental health. So I’m doing this with the help of my friends & family, and a well-trained mental health professional (just keeping it real). I’m meeting this experience with as much grace and honesty as I can, and arming myself with everything I didn’t have with A ❤️

Been so #blessed to have such amazing clients this year, some new and some returning! This sweet girl was one of my cake smashers from last year. It was so fun to see how much she has grown, and to spend the afternoon catching up with her mami and papi. As you can probably tell here, she was spirited and spunky a-plenty! Since we all know that toddlers don’t tend to stay still, these type of family sessions lend themselves to more of a lifestyle approach. Which allows us to capture fun and authentic family moments like this ❤️ ___________________ #familyphotography #familyphotographer #familysession #familytime #fallphotoshoot #fallfamilyphotos #fallcolors #autumnvibes #naturelovers #njnewbornphotographer #njbabyphotographer #njfamilyphotographer #njchildphotographer #njphotographer #njbaby #njmom #newjerseyfamily #momlife #toddlermom #motherhoodunplugged #thehappynow #mynameismama #thesincerestoryteller #dearphotographer #letthekids #letthembelittle #runwildmychild #the_sugar_jar #candidchildhood
