Hit the Barre With NJMOM TV Live This Tuesday, February 16th

If the winter doldrums (and you know, the global pandemic) has got you down, it’s the perfect time to practice self-care and enjoy a fun NJMOM night in. And what better way to decompress and get a little endorphin hit while you’re at it than taking a virtual (free) Mindset Barre Class with NJMOM Nadia Murdock. Nadia is a mindset and movement expert who offers one-on-one coaching, training, and virtual workout classes perfect for any mama looking for motivation and a chance to move their bodies. So here’s what you’ll need to hit the barre with us—a sturdy chair (a countertop works too) for your ‘barre,’ a mat, a set of 1-5 lb weights (water bottles or cans if you need to improvise), a core ball if you have one, and a pillow. Gather your stuff, and then head over to our YouTube and Facebook pages on Tuesday at 8 PM.
