Duke Farms Virtual Class – Zoomin’ Your Way in the Night Sky

If your kids want to learn more about stars (and you want to sneak in a virtual science class) this online session will teach them how to navigate the constellations from your backyard— without even using a telescope. They’ll learn how to find more than 20 constellations, asterisms, and bright “anchor” stars, and current astronomical events.

Amazing Art Online Virtual Kids Art Class

Are your kids missing art? This class teaches the basics of drawing and painting with various art projects, where kids can experiment with techniques like sketching, shading, painting and so much more. Sign up ahead through their Facebook page.

The Jersey Tenors – Lockdown Performance
May 30, 7 PM – 8:30 PM

Fire up the grill and set up the patio for a night of live music with a virtual performance by The Jersey Tenors. All ages will love grooving and singing along to one Jersey’s hottest tribute acts featuring the sounds of Frank Sinatra, Frankie Vallie, Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi, and a bit of opera mashed in. The $15 donation goes towards the Wounded Warrior Project.

Jersey Girl Boss Babes Virtual Craft Show

Missing your favorite local craft shows? Support small businesses by checking out this virtual one that will feature the latest creations from NJ artists. Look for videos from each artist including handmade soaps, jewelry, pottery, and fresh flower bouquets, and if you see something you gotta have, they’ll give you the info on how to buy it.

4th Annual 24 Hours of Music Jamboree 2020
May 30 – May 31, 12 PM – 12 PM

Gather the whole fam around at some point during the weekend to check out this South Orange music festival that kicks off virtually at noon. During the 24 hours, you’ll catch day-of live performances from local musicians, streamed performances recorded beforehand, and some best-of performances from years prior.
