Hey, hey, April is here, which means flowers, family fun, and lots of FREE stuff for the family to do all month. Go on the hunt for clues all over town at the Family Scavenger Hunt in Sea Isle City, see cherry blossoms at their peak, watch Japanese cultural demonstrations, and jump in the bouncy house during Branch Brook Park’s Cherry Blossom Festival Days in Newark, or learn how to help our Earth with interactive activities at ACUA’s 32nd Annual Earth Day in Egg Harbor Township. Celebrate the start of WheatonArts’ creative season with this family-friendly kick-off event highlighting their daily offerings and hands-on programming. Explore exhibits and join in on projects for the whole family, including pine-needle basket making, coffee filter butterflies, and glass-fused magnets. There will also be food vendors and live jazz music.

SatARTdays: Free Kids’ Art Classes
Saturdays now through April 20 at 12 PM
Bring the kids to get free art lessons. This series of six free children’s art classes will occur every Saturday in the spring with a professional artist at the Noyes Arts Garage. These classes will begin on March 16 and run until April 20.

Ocean City Con 2024

Over 40 vendors, food trucks, face painting, a DJ, and an acapella group will be at this lively festival. Rescue groups with dogs, cats, and kittens up for adoption will be there. There will also be sanctuary horses, goats, pigs, and chickens. The rain date is April 27.

ACUA’s 32nd Annual Earth Day

It’s the annual Earth Day Festival with lots of free, fun, and educational activities for all ages. The celebration will feature more than 150 vendors, crafters, food vendors, and exhibitors.
