It’s hard to believe this week marks one year since COVID-19 upended our lives and the ‘normal’ as we knew it. So this week on NJMOM TV Live, we want to check in on you— our #NJMOM community—and share a space to talk about this past year’s challenges, the highs amid the lows, and what we’re still struggling to push through. And to give us a professional perspective, we’ll be sitting down with Dr. Liz Matheis of Psychological & Educational Counseling to talk about mental health and how other families are coping. And of course, we want to hear from you: How are you really doing? What has this year taught you? What are your biggest challenges currently and as we move forward? So get comfortable, and then head over to our YouTube and Facebook pages on Tuesday at 8 PM and leave a message in the comments about how you’re doing a year into the pandemic. In the meantime, take a moment to answer our weekly poll, and you could be featured on NJMOM and News12 New Jersey this week.

Dr. Liz Matheis, Clinical Psychologist, Certified School Psychologist, and #NJMOM.
