January is half over, and if your new year’s resolution to work out more hasn’t happened, we’ve got you covered without leaving home. COVID has forced many NJ fitness studios to move their classes to live stream and on-demand, which means you can do anything with a laptop at home. Try mixing it up with classes like cardio, barre, or yoga from a bunch of different studios, or focus on one place and subscribe to their series. Ready to break a sweat? Scroll down to find a class, then carve out space in your family room—your 2021 workouts start here now.
Psst! We love seeing your stay-at-home and socially-distanced New Jersey adventures. Be sure to tag your photos with #NJMOM and @njmom for a chance to be featured in our round-up next week.
