1. Bark in the Park 2015
October 10, 2015 at 12pm – 5pm
Bark in the Park, Liberty Humane’s biggest fundraising and alumni gathering event of the year, is back! To celebrate Bark in the Park’s 12th year, we are planning for an even bigger and better event at Stevens Park in Hoboken that will be jam-packed with fun games for humans and their furry friends. The event kicks off with the Walk-n-Wag Fundraiser that concludes at Stevens Park for the Bark In The Park festival, full of vendors, contests, games, crafts, demonstrations, and more!

3. Pitbulls & Pumpkins

4. St. Hubert’s 5k-9 Run & Walk
Saturday, October 17, 2015, 9:30am
Those looking for a canine-friendly 5k event are in luck; St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center will host its annual 5k-9 at Central Park of Morris County in Morris Plains on October 17. Participants may run or walk, with or without a canine companion. $25 registration includes a goody bag, a bandana for your best friend and a T-shirt for you, while supplies last. Checks may be made payable to St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center. Price increases to $30 after 10/11/15 & on race day (if space available). 5. PetOberfest

Hosted by: Ocean County 4-H in conjunction with the Jersey Shore Animal Foundation, PetOberfest is a fun filled family event with Food, Music, 4-H Animals on display, Pet Costume Contest, Vendors, Pet Photos, and rescues for adoption.
