Dates: This Promotion begins at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 04/07/16 and ends at 12:00 a.m. ET on 04/13/16 (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility: Entrants must be legal US residents, 18 years of age or older to participate. Officers and employees of Whole Foods Market (the “Sponsor”), NJMom.com, If You Seek Nutrition, and their respective, affiliated companies, vendors, advertising/promotion companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), are not eligible to win.
How To Enter: Visit www.NJMom.com any time during the Promotion Period, complete all required fields for newsletter subscription to NJMom, Whole Foods Market, and If You Seek Nutrition, submit, and you will receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. You must subscribe to all three (3) newsletters in order to receive one (1) entry. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, destroyed or misdirected entries. Limit; one (1) entry per person/e-mail address.

Note: Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or third-party system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Prize/Drawing: One (1) Winner will be randomly-selected by a representative of the Sponsor, on/about 04/14/16, from among all eligible entries received. Winner will receive a $300 WFM Gift Card. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Prize Conditions: Winner will be contacted by phone and/or e-mail, and will have 3 days within which to claim the prize, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No substitution, exchange or cash alternative of prize is offered. Entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the name, photograph and likeness of the winner in-store and online for promotional purposes, where allowable, without further compensation. All taxes on prize, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to “hold harmless” the Sponsor and agents affiliated with this promotion for any and all damages that may result from acceptance of the prize offered, and/or participation in the promotion. Entrants further agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
