Maria Bamford had a legendary performance on Netflix’s Lady Dynamite, one of Variety and Rolling Stone’s must-see shows. If you need more of a reason to see this quirky female star, she was the first female comic to have two Comedy Central Presents specials and she appeared on The Comedians of Comedy. In addition to this, she’s been part of several animated series as well as her recurring role on Netflix’s Arrested Development. We’re sure you’ll be laughing your socks off at this show and running home to watch her other routines.

Candice Guardino’s Italian Bred on January 26

Candice Guardino’s Italian Bred tells the story of a little girl who grows up very Italian. She cooks up a meal of laughter by slipping in and out of multiple family characters to tell her story about being Italian on Staten Island. She’s performed on Broadway, written screenplays, dramas, sketch comedies, and sitcoms. She’s also mastered performing weekly living room recitals as a young girl and we think that says a lot.
Victoria Theater
Cost: $32.50 – $50
