Offshore Grand Prix
June 11-13

Get those engines revved up— the whole family will be in awe of this high-speed boat race on the beach in Point Pleasant. Several events will take place during the weekend, and race day will be on June 13. Spectators can watch the race from the beach and the boardwalk.

The Third Annual Beach Haven Juried Art Walk 2021
June 12 from 10 AM-4 PM
Celebrate the arts and culture in Beach Haven and Long Beach Island this weekend with music and family events. Kids can do crafts, games, and more in the “Kiddie Zone” while you check out the local artists and their displays. And bring Fido too–there will be special doggy events and photo ops for your four-legged family member.

Reptile Highlight Walk

VonThun Farms Strawberry Festival
June 12, 13 (Washington location) from 10 AM-5 PM

Dairying at the Howell Living History Farm
June 12 from 10 AM-4 PM
Have you ever tasted old-fashioned ice cream? At Howell Living Farm, you can see the entire process, from milking the cow to collecting the milk and freezing it. Learn all about various cow breeds, milk and cream production, history, and more. Then visit the farmhouse to make cheese and butter before curing and tasting homemade ice cream. A children’s craft is available for a small fee.

Summer Arts Fest 2021

Kick-off summer at this outdoor event, featuring art, music, food, and over 120 artisan and craft vendors. Dance along to live music (there will be two stages) and participate in community art projects at this lively fest, which also has prizes and other fun activities.

Music, Lavender, Alpacas, and More

Kick off the month-long lavender season by heading to Hidden Spring Lavender Farm to take in the scent of blooming lavender, walk an alpaca, and enjoy live music. Let your littles get their faces painted, visit the alpaca photo booth, watch alpaca fiber demonstrations, all while listening to the sounds of Mark & Ralph Acoustic Duo. Food will be available to purchase too.
