Each stop on the Roses to Rock Gardens Tour offers something different: lush rose gardens in full bloom\, thoughtfully designed landscapes\, hidden backyard retreats\, and creative plantings that reflect the personalities of the people who care for them. Whether you’re a serious gardener\, a design lover\, or just someone who enjoys a beautiful afternoon outdoors\, this tour is a chance to gather ideas\, inspiration\, and a fresh appreciation for what a garden can be.\nGrab some friends\, leave the kids at home\, and stop by one of the fabulous restaurants in Montclair for brunch\, lunch or dinner afterwards. Pets and kids younger than 12 are not permitted in the private gardens on the tour.\nMembers: $50\, General public: $60. \nOn Saturday at 9:30AM\, there will be a special guest speaker inside historic Van Vleck House. Sward-winning landscape architect behind Back to Nature\, Evan Ralph. He will share his vision and process in his talk “From Desk to Dirt: How the Design\, Build and Maintenance process come together to create exceptional gardens.” This $15 ticket is sold separately at the link\, includes a light continental breakfast\, and is a perfect way to start your day with fresh ideas and inspiration.
