DESCRIPTION:Riverdale’s Annual Labor Day Street Fair hosted by the Borough of Riverdale will be held along the Newark Pompton Turnpike from Newbury Place to Cotluss Rd. from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This annual event is held on Labor Day Monday. The street will be closed to vehicle traffic during the event and will be transformed into a giant block party. We have quality exhibitors selling a selection of assorted items\, a special arts & crafts section\, live entertainment\, kiddie rides & games\, great festival foods & food trucks\, and so much more. Don’t miss stopping by the many local merchants & civic organizations to see what goodies they are passing out. \nSo Many Food Trucks\nCome hungry because we have over 15 food trucks and food vendors selling delicious sweet and savory gourmet foods. You can get sausage & pepper sandwich\, cheese steaks\, kettle corn\, chicken fingers\, ice cream\, zeppole\, shish kabobs\, gyros\, fresh cut fries\, fresh squeezed lemonade\, Italian ice\, oven-baked fresh pizza\, and so much more. \nLive Bands\nAs you stroll along stop to have a bite to eat and sit at tables in our live music area.
