DESCRIPTION:Enjoy an early morning and breakfast at the zoo with an exclusive private event feel! Be one of only 200 people admitted. Proceeds support SEA TURTLE RECOVERY and their mission to help save sea turtles. \nEvent admission includes two hours at the zoo before normal opening\, as well as one doughnut from Beignets of Denville\, NJ and one drink (Coffee or Apple Juice). Free train rides (weather permitting). If you would like to stay at the zoo longer\, please choose the general zoo admission option. The production features original music and lyrics by Richard Jarboe and Harvey Shield\, bringing a dynamic\, modern twist to this classic tale. \nThis production highlights Roxey Ballet Company’s commitment to arts education and community involvement by providing local dance students the opportunity to perform alongside seasoned professionals.\nIn a sensory-friendly version (May 10th) of The Pied Piper of Hamelin\, the story unfolds in a gentle and inclusive way\, ensuring that all audiences\, including those with sensory sensitivities\, can enjoy it comfortably. The music is lowered\, there is a live sign language interpreter\, textile corners\, and more. There are smooth transitions to avoid overwhelming flashes or sudden changes. DESCRIPTION:The Hermitage Museum is located in Ho-Ho-Kus NJ and was designated a National Historic Landmark. The Friends of the Hermitage\, Inc. will be hosting this event. Organized in 1972 as a 501(c)(3)\, this corporation works to preserve and restore The Hermitage and provide programming at the site. We expect approximately 60 exhibitors selling a wide variety of antiques\, collectibles\, vintage items\, estate jewelry\, coins\, stamps\, comics\, sports memorabilia\, furniture\, dolls\, and much more. Along with browsing the booths of many exhibitors\, you may enjoy some delicious food from the many food trucks that will be there. The museum will be open for walk-through tours and throughout the day\, you can enjoy the lively music by one of our regular performers. Bring your valuables and treasures. Between the hours of 11 am-3 pm\, you will be able to have your items appraised by a certified appraiser\, Jon Feltz of RZM Fine Arts & Antiques Inc. from Pearl River\, NY. The fee is $10 per item appraised. Parking is on the grounds and at neighboring parking lots. You will see parking signs. Admission to the fair is $5 per person. Proceeds from this event benefit the Hermitage Museum. Rain or inclement weather cancels the event\, which will be announced on our website\, our office number\, and JC’s social media event updates.

SUMMARY:Hasbrouck Heights Spring Fling Street Fair
DESCRIPTION:The Hasbrouck Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce is the sponsor of the borough’s most popular spring event\, held annually along the Boulevard. The Boulevard will be closed to vehicle traffic from Raymond St to Washington Place and is open to the public from 10 am-5 pm. The fair features area merchants\, and 100+ quality exhibitors\, a special crafter’s section\, lots of great food trucks and booths\, a kids entertainment area\, live music. The free concerts highlight popular cover bands at the main stage on Raymond St. There is a 2nd music area on Hamilton Ave. which showcases all local talent including karate schools\, dance schools\, and music schools on the local stage. The children entertainment area has kiddie inflatables\, a trackless train\, face painters\, games\, sand art\, slime making and more fun stuff to do. Kids\, make sure to visit “Gina the Balloon Lady” for your FREE balloon character or head ware…compliments of the Hasbrouck Heights Chamber of Commerce. Her booth is located by the kids zone on the north end of the fair by Kipp Ave. Come hungry! Some of the local eateries will be participating in outdoor dining along with a variety of gourmet food trucks and food vendors serving lobster rolls\, gyros\, shish kabobs\, zeppoles\, funnel cakes\, fried oreos\, sausage & pepper sandwiches\, empanadas\, cheese steaks\, Kettle corn\, ice cream\, lemon ice\, candy and nuts\, sweet bread\, jams\, sticky buns\, burgers\, fries\, hot dogs\, ice cream\, lemonade and more. There’s a beer garden too!…located at the Heights Bar and Grill at 163 Boulevard. If you like shopping this is the place to be. This festival will feature over 100 exhibitors and local merchants selling products\, new items\, and collectibles. There is a special section with handmade crafts from local and crafters and artisans with unique one-of-a-kind items. Also\, stop by the many sponsor booths to see what goodies they are passing out. DESCRIPTION:The Montvale Chamber of Commerce is holding its 13th Annual Street Fair\, one of the season’s most popular events. Paragon Drive will be turned into a “Giant Street Festival”. It will feature over 150 quality exhibitors\, a special arts & crafts section\, a kid’s area\, a community section\, 2 food courts\, and continuous live entertainment all day. Shop till you drop along Paragon Drive with over 150 quality exhibitors selling their merchandise such as jewelry\, handbags\, sports collectibles\, clothing\, home decor\, and much more. There is a special section with handmade crafts from local and nearby crafters and artisans with unique one-of-a-kind items. Also\, stop by the many sponsor booths to see what goodies they are passing out. Our special Kids Traveling Shindig… section is held in front of the parking lot by the Summit Ave. entrance. It will be brimming with all kinds of fun stuff to do. There will be inflatable kiddie rides\, train rides\, face painting\, sand art\, temporary tattoos\, games\, and much more. Come Hungry… We have all kinds of delicious foods being served at two food courts. Come hungry for the gourmet Food Truck Court across from the beer garden that’s run by Davey’s Irish Pub. The second court is in the area of 3 Paragon Drive just past the craft section. You will find empanadas\, and kettle corn\, along with some of your other favorite foods that will be there including Sausage/peppers\, cheese steaks\, hot dogs\, Ice Cream\, fresh squeezed Lemonade & Italian Ice\, sliders\, zeppole\, funnel cakes\, hot sandwiches\, fries & chicken fingers\, sweet potato fries\, Gyros\, hamburgers and so much more! Live Music…Don’t miss the hot show we have planned with live music\, dance\, and demonstrations from the local dancing schools\, karate clubs\, and more.
