Storytime Live with Field Station: Dinosaurs, 10-10:45am
Join us virtually at Field Station Dinosaurs for a dino-inspired reading and songs. Then with the help of Mary H., the Museum’s science educator, use materials found around the house to make and hatch a DIY “dino egg.” This session will be accessible on Zoom and Facebook Live.
Learn how to draw a realistic dinosaur with Dino Art, 11am-Noon
Bob Walters and Tess Kissinger operate a dinosaur art studio, where they create paleontological life reconstructions and dinosaur illustrations, as well as dinosaur and prehistoric life sculptures. Join Bob for a lesson in drawing a dinosaur. Learn how to create features and effects that make your drawing come alive. This session will be accessible on Zoom and Facebook Live.
Bones and Fossils Up Close with DINOSAURS ROCK!, 1-2pm
DINOSAURS ROCK® brings authentic, museum-quality specimens right to your screen, including the giant, life-size skull of Sue, the famous T-Rex. Join us for a fact-filled and entertaining Jurassic journey, filled with an up-close view of dinosaurs and prehistoric fossils spanning millions of years.
