Join us for a fun night of pampering and wine at Love Yo’ Self: Women, Wine & Wellness Night Out on April 25, 2018 from 6:30pm-9:30pm at W Hoboken. Enjoy delicious food & wine, tasty treats, pampering spa treatments (massages, manis, oxygen bar, henna and more), a fun and educational panel with our wellness experts, and win some amazing raffle prizes. At Love Yo’ Self: Women, Wine & Wellness Night Out, you’ll also get to participate in fun DIY demos including cookie decorating (healthy cookies, obvi!), flower making and essential oils. We also have an amazing lineup for our wellness panel including a team of doctors from the Institute for Women’s Health in Hoboken chatting about all things ‘care down there.’ We’re basically ripping the bandaid off topics that are important to us as women, but get swept under the rug because they’re sometimes too embarrassing or painful to bring up. They’ll chat about pelvic floor strengthening (traditional situps and crunches are not your friend, who knew?!), incontinence (a fun topic especially for mamas), endometriosis, heavy or painful periods, infertility, general pelvic pain, and more. Of course, we’ll have a Q & A so come prepped with your burning questions, or just sip your vino as others ask away.
